We went to have diner in the restaurant on our last evening in sierre nevada. The food was great for the place. Happy to have gone there!

The hotel has a fantastic location, with direct access to the slopes. The rooms are nice, although a bit cramped. The service during breakfast and dinner is somewhat lacking, which is a flaw that needs addressing considering the price. However, the reception staff is very good and attentive.

We contacted them through Instagram because we were genuinely interested in staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, the service and tone of their responses fell far short of what one expects from an establishment positioned as a luxury hotel. The communication was unprofessional and lacked the level of attention that typically characterizes this type of property. Furthermore, it took us over a week to find out the rates, as they aren't published on the website and must be requested by email. When we finally received them, we were unpleasantly surprised. The most basic room was priced at approximately €2,500 per night, a figure that, considering the location and the facilities offered, is difficult to justify. Luxury isn't just about price, but also about service, consistency, and a positive experience from the very first contact. In our case, that expectation was not met.
