This hotel has by far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I booked through Expedia, and the reservation was accidentally made for the wrong date. I went directly to the hotel to resolve or cancel it, only to be brushed off and told to call back the next morning. When I called, I was instructed to send an email, which I did immediately, yet no one responded until after the booking date had already passed. At that point, they conveniently replied only to tell me that they couldn’t issue a refund because the “check-out date had passed.” This was nothing more than a calculated delay to avoid taking responsibility. I reached out multiple times before the reservation date — in person, over the phone, and by email — and not a single person made any effort to help me. To make matters worse, they told me to contact Expedia for a refund, but when Expedia reached out, the hotel manager denied the request and falsely claimed it was a “no-show.” That’s dishonest and unethical. The hotel kept money for a room that was never used, providing no service whatsoever. This entire experience was a waste of time, energy, and money — and shows the hotel’s complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic decency. It’s clear they prioritize taking people’s money over providing any form of customer care. Do better — and stop scamming guests out of money for services you never provided.
