Very poor service. Even after going to the desk and asking for house keeping to be done, no house keeping was done, no cleaner came. There is a conditioner in room but there was nothing in it. There is nothing that can be done while bathing.... Extremely poor service.

Check in was relatively easy and the staff was friendly and pleasant. I was asked if I had a car but I wasn't told why they needed that information, so I thought it was just for general knowledge. Once in my room, I logged in to the Hilton wifi and the homepage loaded. As I read the information on that page, I was a surprise to discover that there was a fee for parking. Surprise, surprise!!! I booked my stay by logging onto my Hilton Honors using my laptop on the Hilton website. At no point during my booking process was there any indication of a "fee for parking". Accuracy and full disclosure matter and are extremely important to me. That was not the case here, which is disappointing. The information on parking fees should posted prominently on any of the Hilton websites and Apps. Disappointing!!!!!!!!
