The hotel could definitely use a renovation (at least in some areas). The spa area, in particular, has glaring deficiencies – some of them even dangerous. Small mosaic tiles in the sauna simply break off when you walk on them. A serious risk of injury. The showers in this area are completely clogged with limescale.

I filed a complaint; the wrong cocktail was delivered multiple times, lemon juice was brought to the table instead of a Gin Fizz, and then the staff were rude in their language. The responsible employees on the night shift (November 30, 2025) refused to give their last names for the complaint. They then verbally threatened me with a bar ban, whereupon I questioned all my previous bookings and requested cancellations. The bar is abysmal. The staff immediately tell me not to order cocktails because they're already too busy.
