I am very disappointed about the parking situation. They do NOT make customers aware they will be charged a $40 fee for parking. I specifically asked and was told no. I will not be staying here again based off of hidden fees. Very disappointed in the staff and manager Brooke. She could have been more polite at explaining the fees instead she stated just pay the fees if you stayed. Very unprofessional.

To be honest, when you stay at any Hilton hotel you expect a certain level of luxury, even with their standard services. Unfortunately, this location didn’t meet those expectations. The TV in the room was extremely outdated — a very old plasma TV — which really took away from the experience. The room looked clean at first, but the bathroom was definitely not up to Hilton’s standards. I honestly recommend looking for better options in Daytona.
