An exceptional stay at the Hilton Evian-les-Bains. The guest service is remarkable: warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms offer superb amenities, with high-quality materials and a simply idyllic view of Lake Geneva. The place exudes a true sense of luxury, elegant and soothing. The dining experience is a delightful surprise. The Cuisine des Îles restaurant is extraordinary, both in its flavors and execution. The daytime restaurant and bar also impressed us with the quality and presentation of its dishes. The evening restaurant offers perfectly executed cuisine. The lunch and dinner menus are varied, diverse, and of an excellent standard. Children are not forgotten, with suitable and high-quality options. The wellness areas perfectly complement the experience: swimming pool, sauna, hammam… excellent facilities for relaxing as a family. A truly magnificent moment. Special mention goes to the spaces dedicated to shared moments: billiards and children's games allow guests to enjoy quality time without disturbing other patrons. A high-end, comprehensive, and perfectly designed establishment for both couples and families. Highly recommended.

This was our first time staying at a Hilton hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and well located in Evian. The pool, spa, and hammam are of good quality. We thought that guest issues would be resolved quickly. Very disappointed. On our first evening, we decided to eat at the hotel. As a result, we were told we'd be given a table in 45 minutes. Very surprising for a hotel of this standard. At breakfast, we waited 15 minutes. Our room was very nice despite a view of other buildings. We encountered a major problem because the heating wasn't working in our room (it was 19 degrees Celsius). We alerted reception, who told us that the technician wasn't there and that the hotel was full. The only solution the hotel offered was to bring us blankets and provide a portable heater (a toaster). Unbelievable for a hotel of this standard. We were assured, however, that the problem would be fixed the next day. Unfortunately, no one seemed to care about our problem. We decided to leave a night early because the nights were too cold. We thought that paying for a luxury hotel would protect us from such disappointments. We were wrong! We won't be going back, as you can imagine.

My parents were delighted with their gift stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, and they received a welcome cocktail. The meal options were perfect. The breakfast was very comprehensive with a wide selection. Access to the spa (pool and hammam/sauna) was a bonus. A minor drawback: there were far too many children for the wellness area, the pool was a bit cold, and a jacuzzi would have been nice. The hotel is very well located for a short walk. Parking is available on site.
