Ok, it is decent hotel that is priced fair. This is not an amazing luxury hotel by any means but it is clean, friendly and conveniently located. They are under construction but they are doing a great job of hiding it. We did not hear or see them working. I would definitely stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Addison and could not be more impressed with the level of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Rick and Jackie at the front desk were absolutely outstanding. They were warm, professional, and genuinely friendly, setting the tone for a great stay right from check in. In the kitchen, Anna and Nikko provided exceptional service as well. Their kindness, attentiveness, and positive energy truly stood out and made dining a pleasure. The room itself was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it was clear that attention to detail is a priority here. The entire staff was stellar, consistently courteous, and eager to help. This hotel delivers true five star customer service, and it is rare to see such consistency across all departments. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Addison and will absolutely be returning in the future. One suggestion to management get some to go bags for breakfast orders.
