This was the worst motel experience I have ever had in my life, and I've stayed at a few bad ones. There was bodily fluid on the sheets near the pillow when I arrived. The sink was badly cracked. I asked for a different room and was denied. I asked for new sheets and received clean sheet that were also dirty/stained, to make the bed myself. Luckily, I asked maintenance to come look at the thermostat. I showed him the sheets and he ripped them off and had the front desk offer me a new room. The new room had a running toilet and dripping shower head but at least the bed seemed clean. Truly a traumatizing experience. (I'm getting an error when I try to upload photos)

This hotel has gone downhill since we first started staying each year. Ice machine out of order, one of the elevators out of order, front desk had no regular coffee

I stayed at this hotel on Jan. 3rd, and a friend travelling with me made our reservations. I had no idea that the pet fee for one night with a cat was $75.00. The non-refundable room reservation was $82.71. I have never paid more than $30.00 for a pet fee at a hotel. Must be making a lot of money on those fees since there were many pets that night. Just an okay room.
