They are not pet friendly!!! Even though they say, They are not! You have to take your pet everywhere you go because you can’t leave them in the hotel! If you wanted to go to a restaurant, to the gas station or even Disneyland, you HAVE to take your pet. 👎👎👎

Came in with my friends, I called them and made sure if they have a rolling bed and they passionately said yes they do, so I decided to book the hotel if so. When I arrived there they said that they didn’t have any rolling beds, leaving one of us clueless of where they’re going to sleep. Instead of seeing the customers point of view and how one of us doesn’t have a bed to sleep on, they would rather blame whoever I spoke with on the phone that they should’ve known that they don’t have rolling beds. I asked for a reasonable discount and the only thing they could offer me is free parking for the “inconvenience” that one of us did not have a bed to sleep on!!! Totally unfair and disappointing. I came in on December 30 2025, room number 329, name Ibrahim. Let’s see if they’ll see this review and give me a phone call to resolve this.
