Good service upon arrival, very clean, but never stay on the first floor. The noise from people walking in the room above is UNBEARABLE; it's truly maddening! What should have been a pleasant stay has turned into a marathon of footsteps overhead, and you can hear everyone walking in the hallway too, even if they're not talking loudly.

I had requested special room requirements and these were accurately entered by the reservation rep. When I checked in, Andrew reviewed my request and ensured that my room worked for me. I had a room overlooking the ocean and the amenities covered my needs for the stay. Andrew has an excellent customer service attitude and a great sense of humor. Later I asked him for more information about the area and he gave me help finding the items I needed for my work. Later I dined in the restaurant and Craig was covering the bar and restaurant. He helped me alter my meal to accommodate special diet requirements. He checked in to make sure everything worked for me. Overall the service met my needs, it's a great location and I would recommend this hotel.
