The room was so spacious and comfortable. We had the best view of the marina and the water. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in. The lobby was magical and the front desk attendant was very friendly. I absolutely look forward to booking again.

Avoiding Hilton altogether after this stay. While the room was clean and the location served its purpose, “Jinelle” working the front desk at night managed to insult me and yell at me after asking if they had any hot sauce at the restaurant. She was clearly annoyed from the beginning when I walked up to the desk and then proceeded to berate me with obnoxious responses to my questions. I really hope she was just having a bad day and that she actually isn’t that much of a miserable human being all of the time. I would feel terrible knowing that she speaks to other guests like that regularly. Nobody deserves that. There is a massive issue with Hilton’s hiring process and the company’s employees as a whole if her managers keep Jinelle employed while knowing she exhibits these particular behaviors. I’m sick to my stomach and am currently seeking a different hotel.
