Very bad management..... Employees have no training whatsoever about what they supposed to do Hilton Honor members supposed to get it's called meal and beverage credit for each night for two people that is on their website but none of the employees have no idea what that is they have no clue very bad management management is bad. I am going to say it again because that's very important Management is very bad because they have not taught their crew about the rules especially for honor Hilton Honor members. Shame on manager Carlos who told me to leave after one night when I have six nights to stay there because his employees don't know what they doing because he never trained them well. Shame on management again at that particular location

The only reason I'm writing a review is to highlight their shuttle (or lack thereof). Had my flight get canceled so got a voucher to stay here. Flight is at 0700 in the morning and the shuttle only runs on the hour and doesn't start until 0600 a.m.! What airport hotel doesn't start their shuttle until 6am? Looks like i get to pay for an Uber in the morning....

I stayed in this hotel for 11 days, unfortunatly the experience was not the best. For starters there was an issue with the wifi there, every 2 days the internet would stop working and I would have to forget the network and sign in again on all my devices for it to work. The second and more urgent issue is that unfortunatly I did not feel like I have any privacy there. House keeping would knock and barge in without waiting for a minute for me to go open or respond. This has created an issue where they barged in 3 times in my stay where I was in the room. Also I had an issue where after house keeping cleans the rooms they would forget to put towels so i would have to order some every time. Lastly, they do not check the ammenities in the bathroom. Since the day I checked in the Conditioner bottle was empty and it was not refilled once during my 11 day stay. Also the shampoo got empty and same story. The only reason im giving this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the nice welcome desk staff. Overall I dont think ill be staying here again untill these issues are addressed.
