I’ve been a Hilton Garden Inn member for years and have stayed at this particular hotel multiple times. Unfortunately, I would never consider staying there again. The carpets are dingy and filthy, and the prices are incredibly high. The quality of the rooms is far from comparable to what you pay for. To be honest, I was also worried about bedbugs. The common open space was devoid of any freshness. I strongly advise against staying here.

We stayed seven nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfield, CA, and unfortunately the experience did not meet Hilton standards, especially given the cost of nearly $900 for the week. At check-in, the bathroom was not properly cleaned—there was visible hair in the bathtub. Several in-room items were also not in working order, including a broken office chair and an outdated DirectTV box that did not function consistently. The fitness center was largely unusable throughout our stay. Multiple cardio machines were out of service, and one treadmill would only operate briefly before stopping. These issues were reported but not corrected during the week. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Daily service was not available, and repeated requests for basic items like full towel sets were often delivered incompletely or not at all, requiring multiple calls to the front desk. Later in the stay, the air conditioning unit failed and required multiple maintenance visits. The thermostat ultimately had to be bypassed, requiring manual operation of the unit, which was inconvenient and unacceptable for a guest room. This property has been our family’s regular hotel when visiting Fairfield, but there has been a noticeable decline in overall condition and service compared to prior stays. Carpets appear stained, and the on-site restaurant did not offer good value relative to pricing, making nearby dining options a better choice. Management was notified during the stay; however, the issues were not meaningfully resolved. Given the length of stay and the cumulative nature of the problems, this was a disappointing experience. I hope the property addresses these concerns, as it has the potential to be a convenient option if standards improve.

This was a last minute decision to book here since it was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area. Our weekend goto is Double Tree in American Canyon. Here was my experience: 1. We got. Check in 1 hour early and i love the convenience of the digital key was ready, went straight to our room. 2. Rear entrance was out of order so we had to walk all the way to the employees entrance. Hallways are kinda dark, floor carpeting looks like it has seen better days, black and gray color motiff. Walls are darker gray as well. 3. Room was alright nothing to get excited about. I booked 1st floor so i can see my car since there were signages in the parking lot about Owner takes own responsibility and parking at your own risk which kinda freaked me out. There were a couple of homeless people roaming around. 4. Front Desk, Here is the best part
