I’m a private jet pilot and have the opportunity to stay at many hotels across the country some of which are just another hotel, but not this one! The Hilton Garden Inn in Hays, Kansas is most definitely a little piece of home! The hotel is very clean and luxurious! The rooms are modern and spacious. But most importantly the staff is what makes this hotel an amazing place to stay! I’d like for the hotel management to know they have an outstanding evening / night receptionist (Kelly) with amazing customer service skills and cheerful personality!

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Hays was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well laid out, making it a great place to relax whether you’re traveling for work or just passing through western Kansas. Everything about the property feels polished and taken care of. What truly made the stay stand out, though, was the service—especially from Kelly at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Check-in was smooth and easy, and she made sure everything about my stay was taken care of. What impressed me most was that every single time I walked into the hotel or headed out the door, Kelly made a point to greet me. She always said hello when I came in and wished me a good day when I left. It’s a small thing, but that level of attentiveness and hospitality really makes a guest feel welcome and appreciated. Customer service like that makes a huge difference and turns a good hotel into a great one. Between the clean, comfortable rooms and the outstanding service—especially from Kelly—I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hays and would gladly stay here again.

Most expensive room in town yet no included coffee or breakfast. The included WIFI is so slow you wont be able to stream any YT or Netflix. So pretty unless. You know that moment when corporate strategy ruins everything. Thats this place! It’s like snuggling with a robot.
