I normally don’t write reviews but I had to write this one. The place is absolutely beautiful and so so clean. You are greeted when you walk through the door with a pleasant voice welcoming you. The gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal. The lobby is spotless and beautiful. The location is amazing with stores all around you. We forgot an item at home and there was Walmart basically right there. The rooms are spotless and beautiful. If you are looking for a nice place to stay this is for you. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you to the gentleman at the front desk. Your customer service is phenomenal. Thank you to the guest room attendant for a spotless room. To all the staff thank you for all your hard work and dedication. It definitely shows. We will definitely be back. You all are truly amazing!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉

Booked multiple rooms. Dangerously incompetent staff provided key to occupied room. Very clueless, defensive and unhelpful. Room not ready on time before a wedding. Took over an hour at 2am to get access to a room, and was given someone else’s reservation. No phone support of any kind for person on duty to resolve access issue. Manager complained to me about being called at 2am at checkout. Manager declined to verify facts with cleaning staff who backed me up. Charged fully.
