I hate to say this, everywhere looks clean at this place but the smell is very unpleasant in the hallway and room on the third floor where I live, it smelled like sewage and dead rat.

Stayed one night here for a fun thing to do over Feb break. My four and six year old were jazzed to hit the pool, and hot tub which was the reason I selected the hotel. The rooms were fine, breakfast was great. Team members were friendly and helpful. However, the pool and hot tub specifically were in poor shape. The hot tub water was cloudy, you could not see the bottom when the bubbles were not on. My entire family got a bacterial skin infection from the hot tub that we had to get treatment for. I called to let them know, and they offered to give me points as compensation but the more I think about it the more frustrated I am. It cost $360 to go to urgent care and more for prescriptions. Additionally I had to call in sick to work and my kids had to miss a day of school. Wish we would have stayed somewhere else- probably shouldn't have gone in the tub with the water cloudy looking but figured they had to maintain safe practices and standards. I was unaware you could get these types of infections. Never again!

The hotel was not up to Hilton Garden Inn standards as we’ve experienced at other locations We found out that it has changed ownership and realized why it was so cheapened No hot tub, terrible food, cleaning of rooms was like a toddler did it just overall cheap feeling and kids running around woman screaming at 2:30 am. “Great Ambiance “ said no one ever
