The first impression of the room was that when I opened the wardrobe door, a part of the door closer mechanism fell on me. I was very surprised, as the Hilton chain usually has high-quality rooms. A technician came and unscrewed the door closer. He said he was working fine and left. I never saw him again. I wanted to wear the slippers that were in the room conditions, but I couldn't find them in the room! I wanted to put my drinks in the refrigerator and was surprised to find that a large piece of ice had formed on the back wall, which means that the refrigerator has not been serviced for a long time. At the same time, it does not feel cold. I wanted to go to the shower and saw that the towels had disheveled, torn edges. They look like they've been in use since about the date of the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. They're trying to crumble in my hands. The TV outlet is not working. The curtains are covered in huge dark spots! There is dirt and dust on the ventilation grate! The horror! There is black mold in the corner of the shower stall. I discovered all this during one day of my stay. It was the worst visit to the Hilton hotel chain.

An absolutely wonderful hotel and an amazing experience. The female reception staff and the male receptionist were extremely kind, polite, and respectful. All the staff were professional, and their English was excellent, which made communication very easy and comfortable. The service, breakfast, and everything else were truly outstanding. The room was perfectly soundproof, allowing me to sleep very comfortably and peacefully. I would repeat this experience 100 times because of this amazing hotel. Georgia became even more beautiful thanks to this place. Thank you all so much ♥️♥️

Everything was great. Conveniently located near the shopping mall, Carrefour, and other stores. Excellent breakfasts, friendly staff who speak some Russian, and if not, they definitely understand it. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. I recommend it. 🙏🏻
