I checked in and chose my room the day before my arrival in the Hilton app & requested a digital key. At that time I was charged the full amount for my stay. I stated that my arrival time would be 3 pm. There was a $10 up charge for every room on the 9th floor, & each was listed to have a snack package. I arrived at 3 & informed the front desk that I had not yet received my digital key. She said that my room was not ready yet & the housekeeper was on the way to my selected room. I then asked to be put in an available room on the 9th floor. I was told that all the rooms were ready but had not been inspected by the housekeeping manager, who was on her way to do so & it would take 5 minutes. I was asked to park in the garage & by the time I come back my room should be ready. Over 30 minutes later I was still waiting. By the time I got to the 9th floor, I was overwhelmed by a strong smell of Marijuana in the hallway. I complained and the front desk lady told me to open the window in my room. That instantly annoyed me because what did that have to do with the smell in the hallway? It was explained to me that my $10 upgrade was for purchasing anything in the pantry. The bottled waters in the room were an additional $3 each. The pantry prices were ridiculously high which is why I included the receipt photo. The garage was dark, small and has a very steep hill coming in and out. Coming out, you literally cannot see and you're staring up at the sky. Very dangerous. I did like that the elevators went from the connected garage straight to the room floors. For safety, the room key had to be scanned to access floors above the lobby level. Overall, I would not stay at this location again.

The room was decent and the gated parking was a nice feature. However, the breakfast was disappointing. We paid an additional $30 to upgrade the breakfast option, but there were only about 6–8 items available. The portion we received was simply a waffle and two turkey sausages, which didn’t feel worth the extra cost. If you plan on staying here, I would recommend skipping the breakfast upgrade and finding a nearby restaurant instead.
