The worst front desk staff! I called to modify my reservation and the person helping had no problem doing it. He modified it, but messed up the date. When I called back to fix it, the girl at the front was so rude and not helpful. She said it couldn't be done, spoke to her manager and he was confused. He told me it couldn't be done, but miraculously in the same 60 seconds he figured it out but turned it around to tell me he was doing ME a favor giving me a lower rate but higher than my original reservation. I had to call back again for a corrected confirmation email and the girl was super rude again! I told her the rate in the new email confirmation was XXX, and she replied "NO IT ISN'T". Like, ??? I was literally looking at the email. She said she's email me a new confirmation proving the rate, but she ended up emailing me a folio that said "0". I asked her about it and she said the folio will say "0" because you haven't stayed here yet. Why did she email me the folio and not a confirmation that says the correct rate? Then gave me the email where I could forward the confirmation email I had and she responded with "it doesn't even matter." SO RUDE.

The service is excellent, rooms are very clean. The location is easily accessible, being right off the freeway. The staff, including the house keeping manager, Stephanie, are excellent and attentive. All of my accommodations were fulfilled. Given location, this was a really pleasant stay. Would highly recommend
