I am warning you all to never book this property. I am a Hilton gold member and Marriott bonvoy elite member. I stay in hotels 4-5 nights out of the month. This hotel is atrocious once you pass the lobby. Awful horrid smell through out the hallways and elevator. Whoever manages this property should be ashamed, there’s trash all over the floor as you walk through the hallways. Candy wrappers, dirt, dust etc. And the rooms are what you get at a motel. Popcorn ceilings, an old tv that has like 5 channels and not to mention absolutely horrendous upkeep. The sofa was permanently stained to the point of no return. And the condition I was given my room was unacceptable. I left at midnight and went across the street and had to pay for another room at the courtyard because I could not endure this any longer, there’s no one at the front desk to complain to after a certain hour. You have to leave your room key in a box. This is not a property up to Hilton standards by any means. There are much better options very close by. This place is literally a scam. When I contacted Expedia requesting some sort of a partial compensation they said the hotel rejected.

The staff was great, the cleaners on point, good location yo walk to food and entertainment, there's a Dave and Busters across the street as well. Very family friendly location , Shout out to Carlos, Clarence and Chelsea. Thanks for a grat stay guys , I approve this message.
