The rooms are a bit dated. Water leaked from the shower into the room. The internet was intermittent. Only one of the elevators was working. Sometimes you had to wait over 10 minutes. The location is good for the airport.

SHUT DOWN THIS HOTEL CORPORATE!!! We were here for a wedding for 3 nights. I travel a lot for work so have stayed at multiple other Hiltons amongst other brands. This is by far the THE WORST and not worth your time. 1. Checkin - They did not acknowledge Hilton Honors and refused late checkout. Signage says 11am checkout but was told “my booking is for 10am checkout”. Never ever had this happen before. 2. Room - Some lamp broken/wobbly with dim bulbs. Surprisingly uncomfy pillows. Main complaint here though is only providing 2 towels and not willing to provide more until “next cleaning”. No power or water on day 1. We were informed that this shutdown was 9:30am-12pm, but power and water supply were off anywhere between 5am and 7am depending on which floor you were on. Last but not the least, expect to hear plumbing/flushing noises all day and all night, right above where your head would be in bed. 3. Cleaning crew - while I was taking a nap with the privacy/do not disturb sign on the door, cleaning crew still came in and then turned around. Later that day (day 1 of 3) while I was away, they harassed my wife asking her why we were not checking out yet. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! 4. Elevators/Stairs - buttons, lights, keycard don’t work on the 2 out of 4 elevators that were actually working. Ridiculous for a hotel with 16 floors and 30+ rooms per floor. Even worse (and probably a code violation), you can enter the staircase from the floors but all the doors have one way locks, so you’re stuck in the staircase once you enter. 5. Staff - THE RUDEST! I understand keeping strict timings, but taking away plates when breakfast / banquet dinner closing?! Banquet staff are even worse, took their sweet time to give us beers and rather than closing the line 5mins prior to serve the few, they waited till it was exact time and then told us sorry closed. 6. Bathrooms / banquet hall - lobby floor bathrooms are shameful, half the toilets in men’s were broken, napkins all over the place, half the sinks out of order, one dollar tree soap bottle for all the sinks. I’ve been to some dingy dive bars that were better. All in all, if the entire grooms family weren’t staying here and if the ceremonies weren’t here, I would’ve left after the first night. We stuck it through but now have a bitter memory of this dump associated with a beautiful wedding.

Elevator banks aren't in full operation, very little to do in immediate area around the hotel, and soundproofing between floors is surprisingly bad. Especially soundproofing in terms of hearing doors and plumbing from other units. Service was pleasant and professional, buffet decent and rates reasonable.
