You have a great name HILTON Hotel. You should train your staff who are all looking spiffy in their suits n name tags to acknowledge customers, a smile a nod or a hello. The young men opening the doors at the entrance are far more polite and pleasant. No point looking important but not giving the service customers expect from the Hilton Brand.

We recently stayed at Hilton KL and had such an amazing experience! My wife was pregnant and we were travelling with our two kids. Everything about the stay was wonderful. But what really touched us was something that happened after we had already checked out. While walking back from NU Sentral, my wife slipped and fell near the pavement outside the hotel. Out of nowhere, Madam Mai from Hilton came running to help. She helped my wife up, looked after our kids while I sorted things out, and even brought us water. What amazed me most was that she had finished working. It was around late evening but she still went out of her way to make sure we were okay. She even refused to take any tips from us. She said it’s her duty to assist her guest. We were truly shocked to find out that she is from the security department. It’s very hard to find a women in the security department. Truly a gem of a person and a great example of genuine hospitality. It’s hard to find hotels who treats their guest like family but Hilton and Madam Mai truly made us feel like family. Thank you, Madam Mai, for your kindness and care. May God bless you always

Stayed 1 night, felt that cons outweigh pros for this hotel. Con 1: Each room needs to collect RM300 deposit. If use credit card, they only refund after 7-14 working days, and I was only told after I check out. Felt angry, should have used cash if i had known they take so long. Check in also took a long time for 3 rooms. Around 15-20min. Con 2: various room fittings are falling apart. Curtain blinds cannot open and close smoothly, basin tap close already, need to wait 15sec before water stops flowing. Bath tub tap fell out after I turn it. Luckily I can put it back, else will they charge me on this? Con 3: mattress too springy, feels cheap, hollow and well used. Pillows too soft, no neck support. No other pillow options offered. Didn't sleep well. Con 4: noise pollution is terrible. Can hear the police sirens blaring throughout the night from 12 to 2am. Don't know why police or ambulance like to blast their sirens in kl in the middle of the night. Can also hear some train turning off sound after midnight. Terrible sleep. Con 5: aircon thermostat problematic. Set to target 25 deg but temp stayed at 22 throughout. Con 6: Dinner food was either too salty or too sweet. Looked scrumptious but tasted average. Restaurant lighting is too dark, romantic but spoil my appetite coz cannot see the food properly. A lot of variety but nothing memorable or taste fantastic. Pro 1: Beautiful pools, waterfalls, slide, garden on L8. Pro 2: Gym, jacuzzi facilities were good. Pro 3: Breakfast was better with wide variety. Pro 4: Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful.
