I don’t recommend any woman to apply here for housekeeping because it’s a horrible place to work. The training was unprofessional,unorganized, all over the place My first day was 11/11/25 and they put me with two other housekeepers, one had an injured arm and the other one was not injured. I had to be trained by the one that wasn’t injured and the injured one was only cleaning the bathrooms due to her injuries on her arm but me and her didn’t get along at all and I tried to be cordial with her. So, they said that I should make beds and I didn’t mind. I didn’t like the crowdedness with all 3 of us in one room. I was severely overwhelmed by being overworked on my first day I had to help with 22 rooms and the injured one kept going so fast with her cart had me chasing her and kept dumping her trash right in front of every room door after we’ve cleaned them just for me to stay behind to pick up her trash and I kept seeing the injured one butt crack due every time she bends due to her too little black scrubs. It was the worse first day ever. So, I tried to dispute it to Human Resources the same day but it was closed for the day. So, I came back the next day and broke down in tears in the hallway to the Lead and human resource and beg them to allow me to talk to them in private and it took awhile for her to let me come into her office and we were all outside the door of it. I felt so humiliated and embarrassed and I didn’t even get offered a formal written dispute form for corporate. Everything was so uncomfortable and unfair employee treatment. I quit on the 4th day because I refuse to work under that type of conditions and management. I told the Lead about her management skills and that she needs to be replaced because she doesn’t manage well or properly in front of Human Resources and no one lead me to a private place to talk about my experiences within 3 days or allow me to write a complaint. So, I called corporate due to my civil rights concerns.
