For a Hilton, the really lack simple amenities such as free coffee which they have a Starbucks in the hotel instead. The hotel is not the cleanest that's for sure. One of the pillow cases had something sticky (maybe candy residue? ) on it. The carpet in the hallways and room has dirty stains on it. They require payment (£6.80) for shuttle service to the airport... it is not complimentary like many other hotels are. (Bus is H5H from Terminal 5 bus area 17/18) The front desk staff are pleasant. The housekeeping staff that passed us in the hallway smelled badly of body odor. The restaurant was decent although 1/2 a baked chicken should actually include the entire half, not just a leg, thigh and wing. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Not for the price vs lack of amenities and cleanliness.

A tale to tell.Arrived from Varna-Bulgaria 2am(3hrs late)The incompetent WIZZ air had overbooked by 39 additional passengers.Fortunately myself & my partner had priority tickets & we managed to get on the flight.On landing,we disembarked & in arrivals with a limousine waiting to collect us,i rerealised i had left my mobile in the pouch seat in front of my seat.Managed to locate cabin crew member but we missed the despatcher who had logged & sent my fone to the safe keep department & would only be collected by oneself between Noon/2pm Monday. We decided to stay Saturday,Sunday & checkout Monday.Couldn't find anything in short stay hotel's so opted for London Hilton.Distraught & very tired, we met an Angel in *Tobey at 'arrivals' with nothing pre-booked,he found us an excellent room with at a very competitive price.Charming,professional with a witty sense of humour,he was brilliant! We had to stay an additional night,due to procedural matters & despite 'push back' & a lack of assistance from a chap also at arrivals 'Darshan' I requested a brief conversation with the Manager *Akash what a guy, smartly dressed in a sharp mint coloured suit,he asked how could he help? Having explained to him our horrendous journey/fone debacle..he showed us 'kindness & professionalism & a warm smile'😁Lastly,we also want to thank *Lauren(arrivals desk) in the office *Millie..'top👌🏽ladies'..You 'all' made our brief stay really memorable..*Take note Darshan🤨 Hope to see you all in the future Keith & Maggie..💗

The actual hotel was fine. However it took over half an hour to get checked in. The check in process was hugely inefficient. The hotel really needs to up its game. In addition, there were small signs on the desk saying that parking needed to be validated within 20 minutes. Not a great thing to see when you’ve been standing in a queue for over half an hour.
