Worst Hotel Experience – Unsafe & Unprofessional This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. • The elevator was out of order throughout our stay, and we were staying on the fifth floor. There was no apology, no solution, and no assistance whatsoever. • The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Every question we asked was met with mockery and ridicule, as if we were asking for something unreasonable. • The most basic customer service was completely absent: no respect, no concern, and no accountability. The most serious issue was the complete lack of safety and trust. During our stay, a valuable personal item (a diamond ring) went missing, which raises serious concerns about the level of security and trustworthiness at this hotel. Between poor facilities, poor treatment, and a complete lack of safety, this hotel failed in every aspect. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Save your money and your comfort, and choose a place that respects its guests. The hotel is called Hilton, but it has no connection to the Hilton brand. 1- The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a train and bus station, across from Hyde Park, and close to many cafes. 2- The elevator is very small and annoyingly slow; we can easily wait fifteen minutes or more. 3- The room cleaning service is extremely poor. They don't use vacuums and only come in to clean the bathroom. Even the linens are dirty, and we informed them of this, but they haven't changed or cleaned them despite our repeated requests for environmental protection. 4- I advise against checking out until you receive your security deposit. They'll tell you that you don't owe anything and that you'll get a refund, minus a deduction, once you check out. 5- The cups in the room are dirty, the coffee machine is filthy and dusty, and the kettle hasn't been washed in months. In short, if you're looking for a clean place, this hotel isn't suitable. However, if you're only interested in location, it's an excellent choice.
