Worst parking experience at Hilton Metropole Edgware Road London . Parking in basement only and only can pay by Justpark app and app Not working in basement as no mobile signals there. Very rude security staff. No other ways to pay parking charges, no parking pay machines in lobby where should pay by cash or by card. Barrier not open until pay and pay not possible in basement, what a joke parking payment system. Never recommend again to visit Hilton.

Staff were friendly and obliging. They also were kind enough to give us a free breakfast. However in terms of the room, there was renovations going so drilling was present 6-8 hours a day. I had been sick while in London so rest was important and to add on top of the drilling the rooms were connected so I could hear guests come into the room late at night being loud due to drinking or something else. The elevators were super slow, and if you pressed a button due to certain foot wear it would shock you each time. And in the lobby there was some drunk person that wanted to fight me. Clearly there are some things that the hotel can't control but if we are paying decent money would be nice to know about noise issues. Not expecting anything fancy, just peace and quiet.

Not Hilton standards. Booked a room with double queen bed but received single king. When asked for a simple switch I heard there is no such option cause there is too many reservations. They show pictures of a swimming pool on their Google profile but apparently they closed it couple years ago. Housekeeping skipped cleaning my room couple times during one week stay. Laundry service dropped off someone else's clothes in my room. I left some belongings in the room and email the hotel if they found it - nobody even answered to my email. Couple bartenders and servers were great but overall experience - not worth it. 1000s of hotels in this town. You can find better.
