I am a Hilton Diamond member from the USA. Please keep in mind. The Good: Location. My upgraded room but mattress is old. The Very Bad: The first day I checked in, my wife and I went to executive lounge. After sitting for about few minutes, there were too gentlemen came in and they kept looking at us. One of them dressed in suite and tie and he is tall, big and black. He looked at me and my wife and discussed with another gentleman. I could see that he was about to step away but he returned to question me, asking me for the room number but he did not check and verify right away. I wish he did because I paid for 4 nights and my has 1 bedroom and 1 living room and separate toilet. My wife and I dressed down on that day and I believed that how he picked on us only. He did not question on anyone else in the lounge. To me, that's racial discrimination. From that first day, I did not have good feeling for this hotel as it has such management.

Absolutely lovely. The room was clean and spacious. And it was right in the center of everything. I could easily walk to places or just hop on the tube whenever I needed. Would 100% recommend if you have the money.
