I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service i booked 2 nights back in September for a weekend in May when my daughters will be doing Dance Attack at this hotel. I booked in Sept 2 nights before I knew what my schedule was going to be at the members rate of $234.00 per night. I now have my schedule and do not need 2 nights I only need the one night. I contacted the hotel today to make the change abd the first person I spoke to said she was able to make the change at the same price. I asked her if there was a dance attack rate and she said yes but needed to transfer me so I did. The new person said there were no rooms at that rate but I could change my current reservation price subject to change. The new price $391 over $130 MORE. HIGHWAY robbery who is going to be ok with spending an extra $130 for the same room nothing more then what I would have at the $234 rate. I spoke to a manger who just kept telling me her policy over and over and that her hands were tied the price is system generated you booked in advance that was that price you whanna change you have to pay today's prices. So being protective and booking in advance to make sure I get a room and good rate and now I am suppose to pay $130 more and be ok with it. ABSOLUTELY NOT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A HOTEL TO DATE. AND I AM NOT EVEN THERE YET. She ended the call telling me I could just look around for something else.

Had stayed here with bad experience! They kept the deposit from my debit card "for security reason!?", then they didn't refund it when we checked out, and they was telling that "it will be refunded soon". But after 2 year, they didn't refund anything! Bad service! The front desk team were coming from multiple countries/ territories including Palestine and Philippine. But unfortunately they didn't know how to do their duties!
