I stayed at this hotel in my trip to Venice. Its wonderful hotel with beautiful lobby. Rooms are fine, i expect better. The negative points are, they should inform the guests before they came about the structure of the city and how they can reach the hotel, because we suffered until we reach the hotel. Other negative point, as 5 stars hotel you should be flexible with your guest in terms of checkout because they pay you huge amount of money and choose this hotel above any other hotel in Venice

An excellent hotel with warm and welcoming front desk staff. The shuttle service provided by the hotel is very well timed. The food at the restaurant is also quite good.
