I booked a superior suite because I was told it included a balcony, but when I arrived there was no balcony at all. The mattresses were so hard that I have slept better at a Motel 6. I came here to shoot sports as a creative director, so rest and convenience mattered for my work, but I did not get either one. I had my five month old baby with me and still had to walk two blocks in the cold any time we wanted to leave because I was not allowed to self park in the garage. The employee with glasses told me I had to pay fifty one dollars a night for valet only. On top of that I could hear people running up and down the halls all night on the fourth floor near room four two four. There was no peace or quiet at all. This stay was extremely frustrating and nothing like what I was promised when I booked. I needed comfort, honesty, and basic convenience. I did not get any of that. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially families or anyone traveling for work.
