The evening staff was horrible they left 3 guest outside because they could not be bothered to change the battery for the lock on the door daquan and the front desk just blatantly lied about someone coming and taking our fix ticket horrible service

Partners with fraudulent travel companies! I was informed when I purchased the room on three separate occasions that the room was refundable (I was not sure I was going to be traveling). Upon the email receipt, the email indicated it was non-refundable. The company stated they reached out to Hilton for a refund. Hilton denied this refund even though, the company they partner with provided false information (credit card charge approved with false information provided is against the law). Not only do they partner with this company, but the representative that read me the cancellation policy clearly got the policy from Hilton- all around deceptive. I have started filing complaints with reporting agencies and filed a dispute due to multiple false claims.
