My recent stay at Hilton Nagoya has truly been an outstanding one. As a Diamond member, I was able to check in at the Executive Lounge, and upon arrival my luggage and parcels were taken by the concierge and delivered directly to my room — a level of service I usually expect from higher-tier luxury hotels. The newly renovated Executive Lounge on the 2nd floor is excellent, with noticeably improved happy hour food. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently warm and professional. Complimentary breakfast for Diamond members at the lobby restaurant also stood out, especially thanks to Ms. Itoyama, who kindly helped carry my hot coffee to the table when she noticed I was struggling. Her genuine smile and attentiveness made the mornings truly pleasant. Her thoughtfulness should be recognised. I had a very comfortable stay at Hilton Nagoya and will definitely return again and again.

I went to the Strawberry Sweets Buffet, which will be held from January 2026. Not only is it January, but all reservations for the entire month of March, including weekdays, are already fully booked! It's so popular!!! The day I went, it was fully booked, so a huge crowd lined up before it even started. I arrived at the hotel 20 minutes early, but I was seated right at the start, so I recommend lining up 30 minutes early!! The desserts are mostly strawberry and chocolate, but the chocolate fraisier was by far the best, and I ate a lot of jelly next. To cleanse my palate, they also had curry, salad, and, although I didn't try it, roast beef or roast pork. It wasn't cheap at 5,500 yen, but I enjoyed it. My favorite mille-feuille and fraisier used to be served before they became In Place 3-3, but they haven't been serving them at the Strawberry Sweets Buffet in recent years, so I hope they bring them back.
