Will have to say the best thing about this hotel is it's location. The staff were friendly but limited, I'm guessing due to scheduling restraints. I was able to self park but had to pay $50 for overnight parking. Room was nice with a downtown view. Expected better quality from this hotel chain. Towels rough, very few amenities avail during our anniversary stay. I had also requested special extras for our wedding anniversary which nothing was done. Doubt wife and I will be back to this location but if we do we learned a lesson and will arrive and do all transportation via ride share to avoid any extra fees.

no valet available, plenty of open valet spots in parking lits.....local parking garage was full, had to park in overflow 2 blocks away....$50 parking for overnight, room shower drain was clogged. took over 40 minutes to get an elevator from floor 15 to 1st floor. not possible to take stairs with luggage and 3 kids. breakfast buffet was $30 for 1 adult.....cold waffles on there, waitress had attitude, no gratuity choice to adjust for attitude. room would grt hot even though set on 68.
