Very disappointed with this Hilton property! The hotel needs updating. Rooms are run down. The pool is not heated for guests. As a Diamond member who stays at Hilton and Doubletree hotels its not the Hilton standard!

You know the hotel knows there's a noise problem from the bar below on the Riverwalk when there's ear plugs waiting for you in your room. The noise wasn't tolerable until the bar closed. We were on the 19th floor. Each room has a balcony with a table and chairs. The bellhop was very knowledgeable and informative on the area and activities to do. Service was prompt, which we appreciated. The shower water pressure wasn't great. The in-room espresso machine was good. I really liked the steamer in lieu of an iron. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. The location is pretty central on the Riverwalk within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.
