Spring Break. Our family was so excited! Checked into our room. Nice view of....the ROOF! Asked to be moved. New room with....you guessed it....nice view of the roof. Hotel in shabby shape. Dings in the walls, dirty carpet, grungy bathroom. And the windows are old & not functioning properly either as we can hear the wind howling through them. So one of the front desk staff said if we came back down at 3:30pm they would get us another room because thats check out time. So we proceeded to do as we were instructed & all of a sudden, everyone has amnesia. Phones don't work either. Hope no one has an emergency. Boo!!

no remote to watch tv, couldn't take a bath because bathroom was dirty with black mold in bathtub. woke up itching. By far worst resort i've stayed at. staff is rude.
