We loved our stay here! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our view from the 16th floor of the Delaware River was so beautiful, especially at night. The best part of our stay was Rafaet at the breakfast buffet every morning. He went out of his way to provide exceptional service. We love Rafaet!!!!

Sheesh Idk where to start with this review so I guess I'll start with the staff..From management down to housekeeping are lazy employees we asked for fresh towels at 10am Saturday morning and left the used towels outside the door so it was be in n out for the housekeeping now its 7pm and we still haven't received our fresh towels so I called down to the front desk after calling a 3rd time they finally answered the phone and I voiced ma issues n was told the towels would be up 10 mins later our towels were sent up n was told the used towels outside the door would be picked up now its Sunday morning and the towels are still outside the door smh we paid almost $400/a night to stay here so the room should've been spotless it was a crazy amount of dust EVERYWHERE I couldn't believe it because its no way house keeping missed that.. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel
