Booked my room over booking.com and paid. Check-in to my room for a short 2 night stay. After reviewing my business, I noticed a change of 594.01, so I go and take with a manager... security deposit. Ok. Next morning, check again to run my payroll. And an additional charge of 741.01. Go talk with management again. They don't know what happened and blamed it on AI. Unreal and rude at this time. I will tell all my friends, family and business never to stay at any Hilton again. It takes 2 to 4 business days to get my money back... and they tell me this is normal business. Unbelievable

When I think of a Hilton, I think of luxury, but this hotel is literally a budget hotel and has a total luxury feel. There was a grumpy man at the reception desk, and a smile or friendliness was nowhere to be found. The bathroom is dated with an outdated shower curtain. It was also small, and the shower faucet was very difficult to open. The room is very basic, and there was no kettle. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, but don't expect luxury food or a luxurious atmosphere. The lady at breakfast was also nice. But if you're looking for a comfortable and somewhat luxurious room, this isn't the place for you. Unfortunately, I now have a different impression of a Hilton. And the reception staff needs to take customer service training.

I scheduled too park my car for pick off and drop off at Hilton hotel when I arrived in AZ I waited for the shuttle bus 52 minutes and nobody came tried calling Hilton nobody answered the phone I had too pay for a uber too get too Hilton so I can pick up my car I don’t recommend using Hilton for parking reservations
