To be honest, the room was a bit disappointing. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was also very good. The location is wonderful and everything is within walking distance.

Booked through fine hotels collection of American Express. We were upgraded to an executive room which included access to the executive lounge. The staff, location, and atmosphere of this hotel are top notch.

This was one of the worst Hilton hotels I've stayed at. Despite requesting a room change twice, they were unhelpful. You're in a 5-star hotel and they still serve instant coffee. The gym is quite small. The refrigerator in the minibar wasn't clean.
