The Hilton in queenstown was good it was a bit out of the city so that wasn’t great out stay was brief but still enjoyable they had some interesting stuff but there pool was not all that great. The hotel was nice but could be nicer with a bit of feedback from guests.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay – True Red Carpet Treatment I stayed at the Hilton Queenstown on the night of January 11, 2026, and as a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member, I can confidently say this was one of my most memorable Hilton stays anywhere. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, with special thanks to Sophia, who went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Due to booking late, I spent one night at the DoubleTree Queenstown and one night at the Hilton. The concierge, Tusar, made the transition completely seamless by transferring my bags between hotels — a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. I was fortunate to receive what truly felt like the best room in the house, with stunning lake views, and thoughtful amenities including chocolates and fruit. Every detail reflected care, generosity, and pride in service. Thank you to the entire Hilton Queenstown team for your kindness and outstanding hospitality. You absolutely made my stay in Queenstown unforgettable, and I look forward to returning.

We spent a big part of our honeymoon here and it was marvelous. The staff were kind and professional, the breakfast buffet was great, and the water taxi that took us directly to Queenstown was very convenient. We ended up going to the restaurant multiple times and the offerings there did get a bit monotonous as the menu isn't very large, so make sure to eat in Queenstown while you have a selection.
