This hotel was a terrible experience. Their bed options are either king, or 2 x double - which is absolutely stupid and such a cheap way to lessen the customers experience. The bed is sooo soft it felt like laying on a pile of pillows, no support at all. The small fridge in the room did not work. The air conditioning unit was so loud we thought we were being invaded! Even their TVs on the room are prehistoric with only a select option of cable channels with lots of ads, no option to connect our streaming services. Their parking was $40 per night which is obscene for an unlit parking lot with no security. Their toilet paper is 1 ply. The shower drain was clogged. The bathroom caulking had mold. They only supplied 2 towels even knowing we were checking in a family of 4. Even their airport shuttle was useless with the driver getting lost, and yelling on the phone whilst he drove. This was terrible and we will absolutely avoid all hilton hotels because of this experience.

I booked on Expedia and selected the Hilton instead of others based on price. It advertised, "No Resort Fees." However, when I checked in (after the cancellation period and very late in the day - too late to book elsewhere), I was told there was a $40 per night parking charge. I feel a bit cheated. It's ruined my stay and I won't book with Hilton again if I have other options.

For the price this hotel is over priced. The gyms pretty good, decent location, rooms are always clean. They just started putting fridges in the rooms but not standard yet. The airport shuttles a joke, compared to all the other hotels that have several, they only have 1 at this hotel and it takes forever. I've stayed here lots but wouldn't stay here if my company wasn't paying for it, not worth it IMO
