We have been coming here for years. Rooms are nicely furnished and redone. Grounds look a little worn. Bushes in front of ocean view need to be trimmed back so you csn see the ocean. Yesterday, at checkin, we had to wait for our room. We met a server named Avi in the bar/ restaurant and she was very friendly and welcoming. We saw her later in the wine bar and again she was kind and friendly. Other workers at the front desk were standard, not too friendly, but Avi's kindness and thoughtfulness made our stay!

I was very disappointed with the room I received. It was next to the entry door of the building. The door was slammed non stop into late in the evening and started again early in morning. I asked the front desk to see if I could be moved and was told to check back later. When I checked back in the afternoon I was told no options were available but they would reach out if something opened up. No one contacted me or followed up. So the three nights I was here was extremely disappointing and exhausting from lack of sleep.
