Just stayed here, had a two night reservation but end up leaving after my first night at 3pm. It had nothing to do with the team here at the hotel. They were wonderful. I just thought the beds were super uncomfortable and I didn't want to stay another night in the bed. I asked the front desk for a good room at check in but was given a view of the street. In comparison to the lake which is why I booked this hotel. The TV didn't have any streaming services which is no big deal until you have a 11 month old who needs a Ms. Rachel fix. The Pool is pretty small even for being indoor/outdoor on a high traffic holiday weekend it was not possible to squeeze in. The rooms are in twos, there is a door that will take you to a hallway with two doors. One of those doors is your room. Luckily we didn't have much traffic but I feel like that would be annoying after a while. 2 doors slamming. The valet parking is a cluster, we knew they charged $27 a night but trying to get them to park your car was a long line full of cars with no people in them. Cars aren't parked onsite. I actually had an alert that they didn't lock my car after parking it. So good thing I could lock it remote. Lake Tahoe as a whole is expensive and packed. I would probably not stay here again. I would much rather stay at state line next time.
