Beautiful hotel with great style, super large rooms with fantastic views. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was excellent; barista-style coffee and other juices would have been a nice addition. What I didn't like were the room doors—a large gap at the bottom lets in a lot of light, which isn't ideal for sleeping, and all the noise from the hallway comes through. Great hotel, I'll be back.

Beautiful Danube hotel with an excellent breakfast, but in need of modernization! My stay at the Hilton Vienna Waterfront was generally solid, but there were clear contrasts between service quality and room amenities. Here is my detailed experience for future guests: 🛌 Room & Comfort The room was pleasantly large and spacious. However, the furnishings now seem somewhat dated. One point of criticism for me personally is the carpeting, which I find less hygienic compared to modern hard floors. The bathroom is generously sized, but unfortunately, the lighting was a bit too dim for getting ready. 🍳 Breakfast & Dining (The Highlight) The breakfast buffet deserves high praise! • Variety: Huge selection and many regional products. • Live Cooking: Egg dishes are freshly prepared to order. • Atmosphere: This is where the problem lies. The restaurant was extremely crowded. The atmosphere was unfortunately like a hectic all-inclusive vacation; many guests were inconsiderate, as if there wasn't enough for everyone. It was difficult to find a quiet spot. 👤 Service & Staff Despite the enormous stress at breakfast, the staff remained extremely patient, friendly, and professional. This isn't a given in such a large hotel and makes the stay feel more personal. 🚗 Parking & Location The hotel offers on-site parking. However, this is not included in the room rate and must be paid for separately, which is relatively expensive. The waterfront location, on the other hand, is very relaxing. 📍 Conclusion / Value for Money All in all, I would give the hotel 3.5 stars based on its value for money. If you value a fantastic breakfast and can overlook the carpeting, this is a good place to stay. However, for a Hilton-level hotel, the interior could use an update soon.

I had a dinner, winner snitzel but I couldn't eat it, it was so oily. Made me sick, burning my stomach whole night. I couldn't open the window because it was broken.
