I stayed just one night. Arrived around 19.30 and by the time ı finished check-in and settled in the room the exec lounge was closed. The time for closure is 20.00. Then I looked for restaurant ro have some dinner. Restaurant in the hotel was cosy and they also closed at 21.00. I only had 20min for dinner which was eat as much as you can style however, I couldnt even had a time to eat one course then they asked me to leave at 21.00. I paid lots of money for just 15 min. Breakfast next day was OK. Music at the lobby was good. Rooms are clean and tidy. Summary, If you are planning to stay there remember the times and my story(!)

Car parking is via a mechanical lift garage - be prepared to wait to retrieve your car. Staff attitude / service is ok could be friendlier compared to other hotels even though the hotel wasnt very busy on the days I was there. Some staff tried to appear busy (when there’s no one to attend to) and focus on their screens everytime I had to pass by the check-in counter en-route to lifts. There seems to be too many staff stationed on the floor around the check in counter area , yet I see only one staff at the hotel drive thru/drop off point. The English-Japanese lady staff who was manning the hotel drop off point by herself on 25 Nov’25 afternoon was exceptional, well done. Breakfast is just alright, variety could be better, quality is just ok compared to other Hilton hotels I stayed in Japan on this long vacation. Only highlight is that they did a decent eggs benedict. If your room booking does not come with breakfast, the restaurant staff is terrified of customers not paying. Everyday they will come with the bill shortly after we sat down and asked us to check the bill. Then some days someone will came back again to check if we were ready to make payment. Good thing is that they were doing the same to other customers too, so there wasn’t any discrimination. Maybe my bad, one day midway during the meal, I walked up and paid at the cashier counter at the entrance instead of paying at the end when we are leaving. Hence when we got up to leave at the end of our meal, I saw the male staff gave a horrified look and quickly checked in with his colleagues if the bill had been paid yet. Full marks to his work dedication. What works is that rooms and facilities are still relatively new and well maintained. Quieter part of the area.

I stayed here to attend a piano concert at the neighboring K Arena. There was a long line at the reception, likely due to the large number of guests with the same purpose. When I mentioned my Diamond status to the staff, they explained that I could check in at the lounge on the 5th floor, and they even escorted me there, where I was given a welcome drink and checked in. I was upgraded to a premium twin room on the 21st floor facing Portside Park. It was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately cleaned. The bathroom had a large bathtub and shower booth, and the sink and toilet were separate. The toilet also had a fully automatic washlet. I had breakfast in the executive lounge, which offered a wide variety of food, considering it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to enjoy my meal at my leisure. The lounge also had a terrace and library. Since it's almost directly connected to the K Arena, I thought it was an ideal hotel for those attending concerts there.
