Fantastic hotel. I spent 10 days there, and they flew by. Excellent Christmas Eve, magnificent New Year's Eve. It's a large, modern, very well-maintained hotel right next to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-kept. The staff is a 10 out of 10. Everyone is a 10. The manager, reception staff, lounge staff, dining room staff, cleaning staff—all very, very good, and above all, polite and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and high-quality, and they know how to adapt to the number of guests by opening or closing rooms and service areas. The hotel is very clean overall. I have to go to this hotel again. The beach is fantastic and very close. Things that could be improved: The room cleaning "sometimes" seems too rushed, and they should sweep or mop more thoroughly. When you arrive after cleaning, there are sometimes a few bits of dirt left over from the previous day. Several of the indoor pool's features are either not working or malfunctioning and require maintenance; the jets inside the pool are not working properly. As in the entire area, there is a major parking problem, but the hotel can do little about it. It's a pleasant hotel that makes your stay enjoyable. The hotel is not suitable for people who don't want to touch their car during their entire stay and prefer a seafront promenade and adjacent streets full of shops to stroll along; these are not available next to the hotel. It's a "10" hotel that is worth visiting not just once, but many times. Thank you to all the staff for their professionalism.
