A disaster and a disgrace. 1) The Wi-Fi in the room did not work. It was on the hotel grounds, for example, at the reception. But the connection did not reach my room. All the administration suggested was to reboot the router. We rebooted it, it did not help. The connection range was not enough. That is, all days I could not use Wi-Fi in the room. To send a message or work, I had to leave the room. This is not a force majeure, this is how it is arranged here. Also, Wi-Fi did not work in the kitchen, where I was supposed to have breakfast. 2) Breakfast They said from 9 to 11 am. There was no breakfast at 09:00, at 09:15 an employee came, who was late. At 09:30 she made breakfast. It was an omelet with butter + instant porridge (we bought a bag and poured water in it) + fried sausages + fried pancakes + cucumbers and tomatoes 3) Night A noisy group was sitting at a table three meters from the door of the room and having fun. This is the hotel's courtyard, the time is 1:30 AM. The hotel is formally open 24 hours. But no one made a remark to them, they continued to make noise. They woke me up, I had to ask them to be quieter. 4) Next breakfast Last time they apologized to me for being late. They asked if I would have breakfast next time exactly at 09:00 - I answered yes. At 08:45 I came home from training - the employee saw me and did not go to cook. At 09:00 I went into the kitchen - the employee is sitting at the entrance, smoking, saying that everything will be ready in 10 minutes At 09:10 she gets up and just starts cooking. At 09:42 they brought me food. At 09:42. 5) Booking I checked out without a refund. And went to another hotel. I wrote this review on Booking (I booked through them) - and my account was blocked forever. Apparently, they also managed to complain

Very convenient and cosy hotel to stay in. The manager is so friendly.
