The staff were extremely attentive, the inn was very clean and organized. The beach service was excellent. The room was superb with great amenities. The breakfast was very good with a variety of items.

Pay close attention and read all the reviews before booking because the experience is not 5-star and the value for money is poor. Upon arrival, the staff seemed surprised because we were with 2 children (1 year and 3 years old) and the reservation was for "4 adults," which was quite strange because the room had a queen bed and a single bed hastily set up – where would 4 adults sleep then? We went to explore the beach around 3:30 pm, nobody showed us where the tents were, we had to look for them, and when we arrived there were no more towels… In the middle of the afternoon, the hotel's power simply went out; we have never experienced this in any other hotel, much less a 5-star one. We were in room number 4; this room, despite being beautiful and large, had an unpleasant musty smell, and the terrace smelled of sewage. Apparently, the architecture of all the rooms is quite strange; they all have the shower stall, sink, and bathtub inside the room, without separation. Besides lacking privacy if you're traveling as a family, this is quite impractical because the room floods due to terrible sealing, and the bathtubs and shower stalls leak water. There are several drains in the room; in short, I felt like I was sleeping in a bathroom. Late at night, they set up another bed in the room. We were already upset on the first day because at no point before booking was it mentioned that the hotel doesn't have cribs. We had to sleep with the two children in the main bed, and my husband and I in the extra beds, one on each side so the children wouldn't roll onto the floor at night, which was very uncomfortable. That same night, we found two enormous cockroaches in the room; we couldn't even kill one. The children screamed, and the hotel staff didn't seem surprised at all, saying they couldn't do anything because all the rooms were occupied. We wanted to go back home, we requested a cancellation but nothing was resolved, as it was already quite late we had to sleep with the other live cockroach in the room. The next day, they said they could move us to another room, which despite being the same category was "better", which was also very strange given that the price of the rooms is the same, so the customer pays the same amount for the rooms but there are better and worse rooms in the same category? That's not right. We arrived at room number 7, the room no longer smelled of mold or sewage but there was a tree on the terrace that made the environment very conducive to mosquitoes. The windows were not fully sealed, the terrace door was broken and also without sealing, I even lost count of how many mosquitoes we killed... Aside from the insect problem, the room does not match 5-star facilities, it needs a lot of maintenance, bed linen ok, towels good, mattresses good but old, shower extremely difficult to regulate the temperature. The service is good, the cart that takes you to the beach is really nice, breakfast is tasty but very slow, there are no high chairs for children. The service is friendly but I found it excessive to charge an extra fee at the end of the stay. On the last day, the maid forgot to clean our room, and since it was almost 7 pm, we didn't insist. Beach service on the other days was very helpful and the beach is very calm. Parking is very confusing. The "rain insurance" is almost a scam; on the last day it rained from 1 pm until late at night, but it's only valid from 9 am to 5 pm for 5 consecutive hours. In short, don't go with children because the hotel doesn't have facilities for them and don't expect good value for money.
