I want to be honest in saying that I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed here while the property was under construction in December 2025, and the pool was unavailable for the entirety of the visit. There were employees working next door for several days who were extremely loud & frequently calling on their phones, which made it difficult to relax. Overnight parking required an additional fee, and the hotel also charges a destination fee on top of the nightly room rate, which significantly increased the overall cost. During my stay, the sink got clogged, and I also experienced multiple bed bug bites across my body, which was extremely concerning & uncomfortable. One of the cleaning ladies also came into the room without noticing the “do not disturb” sign, so it was a bit upsetting. I added a photo of the pool closure notice that we received on the day of check-in along with some other things I’ve noticed during my stay. The one positive thing about this hotel is that it is located in a prime location, so it is easy to go to universal back and forth.

This is the nicest holiday inn we have stayed at. Staff was friendly and Andy the housekeeping Director deserves a raise. He was so friendly, smiles all the time, and out of every IHG experience we have had he’s been the absolute best! This man should run the organization, seriously! This holiday inn did not have breakfast and we had to pay $37 to park! The parking fee is ridiculous and was not clearly stated on IHG when booking the room. And no keys! This is the second IHG hotel we have stayed at that didn’t have keys. They basically lock you in your room all night. That’s strange and unsafe. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and updated, cozy and we had plenty of space.

The hotel was under renovation so that was a bit inconvenient but overall the rooms were fine and generally clean. We had a mishap where we left a purse in the room on accident and panicked when we got to a park and thought we'd lost it. We called the front desk and they were so kind in checking for us and calling us back to put our minds at ease. Top notch staff! Will recommend!
