Decided to get the king jetted tub room for a Christmas getaway. First night was good until we woke up and my wife had bites on her arm, thought nothing of it until we woke up the next morning to even more bites. The IHG staff were not surprised and immediately said they would refund our stay. The manager of the IHG said they couldn’t for sure know its bed bug bites unless a doctors confirms it. I will add pictures for you to judge.

Did not get what I paid for! They advertised a room with a refrigerator (not mini fridge) with photos and everything. The room I received had no fridge or island as pictured. Staff offered no explanation and no remedy.
