The hotel was clean, centrally located, and we really liked it. The only downside was that they said they upgraded us to a larger room despite us paying the price difference. Looking at the pictures, the room they called "large" was actually tiny, which disappointed us; we were cramped with two children. Despite this negative point, the service was top-notch. If I come to Bursa again, would I stay there? I would ask them to show me the room beforehand, and if it was large, I would definitely stay. Otherwise, paying that much extra for a tiny room wasn't worth it.

Located in the center of Bursa, we had one free day during our tour and were able to explore everything. The room service was excellent, thanks to its strategic location. We were provided with different towels for each shower, and the service was superb. The buffet breakfast and dinner were perfectly balanced. There were ample power outlets and lighting in the rooms, and the small mini-fridge was very useful. Thank you very much.
